Terms and Conditions – Cancellations and Force Majeure.

At Chilean Car Tours, your safety and experience are our top priority. By booking a tour or transfer, you agree to the following terms:

1. Force Majeure / Acts of God

Chilean Car Tours is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, natural disasters, road closures, government actions, strikes, or other unforeseen events that affect safety or service availability.

2. Client Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund of any deposit or payment. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the service are non-refundable.

3. Service Changes

We may need to reschedule, modify, or cancel services for operational or safety reasons. When possible, alternative arrangements or rescheduled services will be offered, subject to availability.

4. Liability

Chilean Car Tours is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or inconveniences arising from cancellations, delays, or service changes due to the circumstances described above.

By booking, you acknowledge and accept these terms and agree not to hold Chilean Car Tours responsible for events beyond our control.
